Terms and Conditions – 99pkr Pakistan Online Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 99pkr ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"), the operator of the website available at https://99pkr.ws and all associated services, applications, and products offered thereunder.

By accessing or using the 99pkr platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 99pkr.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether registered or not, and cover all products available including sports betting, football betting, Teen Patti, Poker, and virtual sports. Additional terms specific to individual products or promotions may be published separately; those additional terms form part of this agreement where applicable.

To register an account and use 99pkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 99pkr strictly prohibits use by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to close any account where the registered player is found to be under 18 years old.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations, and automated bots are not eligible to hold player accounts on 99pkr.
• You must be legally permitted in your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming and betting. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using 99pkr complies with any laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 99pkr or any of its affiliated companies. Such persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 99pkr. Players who have been permanently excluded or whose accounts were closed for terms violations are not permitted to open new accounts.

99pkr reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Accounts created in breach of eligibility requirements will be closed and any balance — including winnings — may be forfeited at our discretion.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 99pkr. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (based on shared device, IP address, payment details, or identity documents), all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be forfeited.

When registering on 99pkr you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and account changes made while your credentials are being used are your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 99pkr immediately at support@99pkr.ws.

99pkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as required by standard industry practice and as a measure to protect both the platform and our players. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal from your 99pkr account.

To complete KYC verification you will be required to submit:

• A clear photograph of the front and back of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your CNIC so that both your face and the card details are clearly visible.
• Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot confirming the Easypaisa or JazzCash account is registered in your name — where relevant.

Verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours. Once your account is verified, all future withdrawals process without any additional identity checks. 99pkr may request updated verification documents at any time as part of ongoing compliance procedures.

Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documents during KYC will result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

All financial transactions on 99pkr are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by the platform. The amount you deposit is the amount credited; the amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent. 99pkr does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals — though your own bank or wallet provider may apply their standard charges independently.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT (interbank transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Minimum deposit amounts: Rs 200 for mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay); Rs 500 for Visa/Mastercard; Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 99pkr.

Minimum withdrawal amounts: Rs 500 for mobile wallets; Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a security and anti-money laundering requirement and cannot be waived. Withdrawal requests are processed the same business day for verified accounts using mobile wallets; bank IBFT withdrawals complete the same business day; Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take one to five business days depending on the issuing bank.

99pkr reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 99pkr will notify the player and request any additional documentation needed to complete the review.

All bets placed on 99pkr are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules for sports betting, football betting, Teen Patti, Poker, and virtual sports may be published separately and form part of this agreement.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and valid once a confirmation message is received from the 99pkr platform. Bets that do not receive a confirmation — for example, due to a network interruption — are not binding.
• Pricing errors: 99pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical error or human input mistake. In such cases the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play betting: Live bets accepted during a match are processed in real time. 99pkr does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open for the duration of a match. Markets may be suspended at any time due to events in the game, technical issues, or risk management requirements.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a period defined by the relevant product rules, or if it is determined that the bet was placed after the relevant event concluded.
• Accumulator bets: If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the bet is recalculated without those legs. If all legs of an accumulator are voided, the stake is returned.
• Maximum winnings: 99pkr reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per event, market, or bet type. Applicable limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Final decisions: All results as settled by 99pkr are final. Disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event result being published. Disputes raised after this period will not be reviewed.

99pkr offers various promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple is clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Casino game contributions vary and are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not been wagered within the validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus per deposit: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active per deposit. Where multiple bonuses are available, you must select your preferred bonus before completing the deposit.
• Welcome bonus: The 100% welcome bonus at 99pkr is available to new players only, once per account. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. Maximum bonus amount is Rs 10,000. Wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount for sports bets and 25x for casino games. Validity period is 30 days from the date of credit.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, VPNs, or coordinated betting patterns to exploit promotions constitutes bonus abuse. 99pkr will cancel all bonuses and any winnings derived from them in cases of confirmed abuse, and may close the relevant accounts.
• Referral programme: Referral rewards are paid only when the referred friend registers with a valid referral link, completes KYC verification, makes a qualifying first deposit, and places a qualifying first bet. Self-referrals — using your own referral link — are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of both accounts' referral eligibility.

99pkr reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event that a promotion is withdrawn while a player's wagering requirement is still active, the wagering requirement will remain in force using the terms in effect at the time the bonus was credited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99pkr. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 99pkr platform.
• Providing false identity documents or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using payment accounts registered in another person's name.
• Attempting to exploit pricing errors, technical glitches, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using any software, bot, automated system, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players at card game tables — including deliberately sharing hand information, coordinating chip transfers, or chip dumping in Poker.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to access the platform from a restricted location.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information relating to the outcome of an event.
• Using the 99pkr platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 99pkr staff through any communication channel.

99pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• Identity verification documents provided are false or fraudulent.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or a prolonged cool-off period under responsible gaming provisions.
• A court order, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency has instructed 99pkr to close or freeze the account.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, 99pkr may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where a balance is found to have been generated legitimately — separate from any fraudulent or bonus-abuse activity — it will be returned to the player's verified payment account following the investigation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — for any reason, including responsible gaming — may do so by contacting 99pkr support at support@99pkr.ws. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

All content on the 99pkr platform — including but not limited to the 99pkr brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, odds data, and software — is the property of 99pkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 99pkr platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any 99pkr content without our express written permission. Scraping, mining, or extracting data from the platform by automated means is prohibited.

99pkr provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and continuously, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance or unplanned technical issues.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses incurred by a player as a direct result of placing bets on the 99pkr platform — betting and gaming carry inherent risk of financial loss.
• Errors or omissions in information displayed on the platform that are promptly corrected upon discovery.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account caused by the player's failure to maintain secure login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

99pkr collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identities, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations. Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. Aggregated and anonymised data may be used for internal analytics and platform improvement purposes. Full details of what data is collected, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

99pkr takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively — they can be activated at any time from the account dashboard and all restrictions take immediate effect.

99pkr may apply account restrictions — including deposit limits or temporary suspension — on any account where we identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour, without waiting for the player to make a formal request. This is done in the player's interest and in line with our duty of care obligations.

Players who self-exclude from 99pkr agree that they will not attempt to re-register or access the platform during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these Terms.

Where changes are material — such as modifications to betting rules, bonus conditions, or payment terms — we will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

For minor or administrative changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms — we may update the document without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the 99pkr platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the platform and, if you wish, close your account by contacting support.
