Account & Registration
Go to the Register page, fill in your full name (as on your CNIC), a valid Pakistani mobile number, your email address, and date of birth. Choose a strong password, accept the terms and conditions, and submit. You will receive an OTP on your mobile to verify your number. Once verified, your account is active and you can make your first deposit. The whole process takes under two minutes.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 99pkr. This is a strict requirement — 99pkr is an adult platform and underage access is zero tolerance. Your date of birth is collected at registration and verified during the KYC process. If it is found that an account was opened by someone under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any balance returned to the source payment method.
No. Each player is permitted one account at 99pkr. Duplicate accounts — even registered with different mobile numbers or email addresses — are not allowed. To close your account, contact support@99pkr.ws with your account details and a written request to close. Before closure, withdraw any remaining balance. If you are closing the account due to gambling concerns, we strongly recommend using the self-exclusion tool instead — it provides permanent protection across the platform and prevents future re-registration. Yes. Contact support@99pkr.ws to update your registered mobile number or email address. For security reasons, this change requires identity verification — you will need to provide a copy of your CNIC and confirm your identity via OTP to your current registered number. Changes to account details are reviewed by the support team and applied within 24 hours of successful verification.
Deposits
Log in to your 99pkr account and go to the Cashier section. Select your preferred deposit method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount (minimum Rs 200 for most methods) and follow the on-screen instructions specific to your chosen method. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited within a few minutes. The minimum deposit at 99pkr is Rs 200 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. For bank IBFT the minimum is Rs 1,000. For Visa or Mastercard the minimum is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 99pkr, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits. All deposits are processed in PKR — no currency conversion takes place.
99pkr does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you send is credited to your account balance. Your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, or Visa/Mastercard — may apply their own standard transaction charges separately. Those charges are between you and your payment provider and are not passed on or increased by 99pkr.
First, wait the expected processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash take up to 5 minutes; bank IBFT can take up to 30 minutes. If your balance has still not updated after the expected time, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation (transaction ID or receipt from your wallet app) and contact support@99pkr.ws with the screenshot and your 99pkr account details. The support team will trace the transaction and manually credit your account if needed — this process is usually resolved within 2 hours.
Withdrawals
For verified 99pkr accounts, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are same-day — typically processed within 2–4 hours of the request during business hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow the same same-day timeline. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard refunds take 3–5 business days. All timelines assume your KYC is complete — unverified accounts cannot withdraw.
